Bob Tims
Robert is leading efforts to build customer and supply chain relationships to connect PHT’s all-natural products to all animal production operations. Works closely with PHT product development in coordinating farm trials for proof of concept and marketing data. Responsible for tradeshow activities along with operational excellence in PHT’s production operation. Experience includes sales, product development, and quality systems in a wide swath of technological industries including vaccines, animal health, printing, and plastics.
Robert is proud to have served nine years as a Signal Officer in the US Army Reserves with final assignment as CPT and Company Commander of a 200-person unit. Holds MBA from University of Sioux Falls and BS degree from Mankato State University.
Jeff Hembrock
Jeff Hembrock had an extended career with Miller Brewing Company spanning 39 years. Starting in an entry level position he moved through the ranks to finally serve as president. Along the way he worked in production in two of the breweries, was a corporate production planner, president of their distributor for the state of Hawaii, director of sales development, director of business development, direct of corporate strategy, vice president of trade marketing and vice president of international to mention a few. He has a breath of experience across a variety of fields and disciplines rarely found in an executive and brings that thinking and experience to Precision Health Technology in a variety of ways. He has an undergraduate degree in business from Penn State University, a masters in science for business from Cardinal Stritch University and recently completed two years as senior fellow at Harvard’s esteemed Advanced Leadership Initiative. In addition to sitting on other business boards, he is currently a trustee for both Cardinal Stritch University and University of Wisconsin Milwaukee where he focuses on developing young talent and providing increased entrepreneurial opportunities.

Wes Johnson
Wes Johnson joined Precision Health Technologies (PHT) in August 2024 as a Senior Product Specialist, bringing over 30 years of extensive experience in the animal health industry. Raised on a crop and livestock farm in Iowa, Wes holds a BS degree in Dairy Science and Agriculture Education from Iowa State University. His career includes significant roles at leading companies such as Ralco Nutrition, Ceva Animal Health, and MVP Laboratories, where he drove substantial sales growth and provided strategic guidance to veterinarians and producers.
At PHT, Wes is dedicated to enhancing our customer experience by leveraging his deep industry knowledge and extensive network. His expertise in veterinary medicine and business planning uniquely positions him to offer valuable insights and innovative solutions, directly supporting sales and improving animal health. Wes is committed to helping our customers achieve healthier, more resilient herds through PHT’s advanced polyphenol-based nutritional products.
Matthew Tims
Matthew Tims is a seasoned marketer and serial entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in digital marketing and brand growth. Before joining PhytoCare, Matthew founded and led his own marketing agency, where he crafted successful campaigns for national brands and local businesses across various sectors. His background also spans SaaS startups, outdoor brands, and niche markets in the animal and agriculture industries, making him well-versed in driving results through strategic marketing.
Matthew’s approach emphasizes creating impactful digital strategies that enhance customer engagement and drive sales, making him an asset in connecting PhytoCare’s innovative, all-natural solutions with livestock producers and veterinarians. His expertise extends across the tech and agricultural sectors, where he has consistently delivered growth through targeted campaigns and data-driven insights.
In addition to his work with startups, Matthew has a rich background in education and community leadership, including years of teaching drumline and percussion. His passion for storytelling and audience connection has made him a sought-after advisor for brands looking to achieve sustainable growth and meaningful customer relationships.
Daryl Hammer
Daryl Hammer joined Precision Health Technologies (PHT) in January 2025, bringing nearly five decades of invaluable experience in animal health, nutrition, and agricultural business. With deep roots in agriculture, Daryl holds a degree in Agricultural Business and Economics from Iowa State University. His extensive career includes 24 years at Pioneer HiBred International, where he excelled in technical sales, marketing, and product development across the High Plains, Southeast, and Midwest regions. For the past 23 years, he has led Hammer Enterprises, working as a specialized consultant and sales representative in the animal health and nutrition sector.
At PHT, Daryl leverages his comprehensive expertise across multiple species and production systems to provide strategic solutions for veterinarians, nutritionists, and producers. His broad knowledge spanning agribusiness, animal nutrition, and veterinary medicine uniquely positions him to understand and address complex challenges in modern animal production. Jennifer Sheets is a highly experienced microbiologist with a career spanning over 38 years. Her expertise in microbiology and enzymology has established her as a respected figure in the field. Jennifer has made significant contributions to applied and industrial microbiology, particularly in microbial and enzyme product and process development.
Jennifer’s career includes a notable tenure as the Technical Director at Bio-cat Microbials, where she played a key role in establishing and expanding a microbial product fermentation operation. Her proficiency in laboratory work, from quality control to fermentation methodologies, underscores her strong technical background. Jennifer’s commitment to her field is evident through her certificates and focused coursework at institutions such as Smith College, University of Wisconsin-Madison, and Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Veterinarian & swine producer
Dr. Andrew Bents, DVM
Dr. Andrew Bents, DVM
Dr. Andrew Bents, an accomplished veterinarian and fifth-generation swine producer from Southwestern Minnesota, is a member of the Advisory Board at Precision Health Technologies. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science and a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the University of Minnesota, establishing his deep-rooted commitment to animal health and production.
Before his tenure as a Technical Veterinarian at Hubbard Feeds, Dr. Bents dedicated his expertise to the Worthington, MN region as a mixed animal veterinarian. His experience spans multiple species and varied production environments. At Hubbard, he significantly contributes to the support of livestock producers, expertly managing the complexities of best practice animal production. His work involves close collaboration with producers, nutritionists, and veterinarians, focusing on enhancing animal health through advanced husbandry, nutrition, epidemiology, and pharmacovigilance.
In his role at Precision Health Technologies, Dr. Bents uniquely combines his veterinary knowledge with practical production experience. He offers invaluable technical advice and practical insights, which are crucial for shaping our product development and market strategy. His direct experience with animal herds informs the practical application of our products, ensuring they address the genuine needs of producers. Specialized Veterinary Consultant in Avian Medicine & Food Safety
Dr. Roxana Sanchez-Ingunza
Dr. Roxana Sanchez-Ingunza
Dr. Roxana Sanchez-Ingunza is an entrepreneur and a specialized veterinary consultant in avian medicine and food safety at RSI Poultry Veterinary Consulting LLC. With over 20 years of experience in veterinary medicine, she has successfully implemented and led poultry diagnostics laboratories and field and research projects in poultry vaccines and food safety. Her expertise includes poultry vaccines development, use and field application assessment, Salmonella and Eimeria vaccines for poultry, avian pathogenic bacteria and food safety pathogens diagnostics and control, marketing technical support in food safety, genomic characterization of bacteria pathogens, and Salmonella serotyping.
Dr. Sanchez-Ingunza obtained her veterinary degree and specialization in veterinary epidemiology from the National Major University of San Marcos in Lima, Peru, and her PhD in Food Science from The University of Georgia. She is a diplomat of the American College of Poultry Veterinarians, and a member of the American Association of Avian Pathologists and the National Turkey Federation, Technical and Regulatory committee. Dr. Sanchez-Ingunza is an international speaker for avian medicine nonprofit organizations and has been a contributor to the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO). During her career, she has worked for the Agricultural Research Service, U. S. Department of Agriculture (USDA, ARS), Ceva Animal Health and Elanco Animal Health. In 2020, Dr. Sanchez-Ingunza founded RSI Poultry Veterinary Consulting LLC to provide consulting services in food safety, poultry health, diagnostics and genomics. In addition, RSI Poultry Veterinary Consulting LLC offers Dr. Sanchez-Ingunza’s expertise in poultry pathogens control utilizing antibiotic alternative solutions for two important public health concerns, food safety and antimicrobial resistance.
Dr. Sanchez-Ingunza enjoys singing in church, travelling with family, and a relaxing time at the beach.
